Connect PresenterPrep to ChatGPT

Write your script, record it in the chat with a teleprompter that follows your voice, and get feedback on your delivery — without leaving ChatGPT.

Custom connectors need developer mode, available in the ChatGPT web app on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, and Edu plans. You’ll sign in the first time you record — that saves your takes and unlocks feedback, and creates your PresenterPrep account at the same time.

Turn on developer mode

In ChatGPT on the web, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and switch on Developer mode.

OpenAI has moved this menu around — if you don’t see it under Apps, look under Connectors → Advanced.

Add a custom connector

Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create (or Add), give it a name, and paste the PresenterPrep server URL.

Authorize and sign in

Choose OAuth when asked how to authenticate, then sign in with Google. ChatGPT saves the connection so you only do this once.

In a new chat, make sure the PresenterPrep connector is enabled, then ask:

Write me a 45-second elevator pitch for my construction-software startup, then open the recording booth so I can practice it.

ChatGPT drafts the script, opens the booth in the chat, and after you record you can just ask “how did I do?” for feedback.
