These terms are a contract between you and PresenterPrep. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. Questions? Email us at hello@presenterprep.com.
PresenterPrep is an AI-powered presentation practice platform. You upload a deck or write a script, then rehearse out loud with a voice AI coach that listens, follows your slides, and gives you feedback. “We”, “us”, and “PresenterPrep” refer to the operator of the service. “You” refers to the person or organization using it.
You need an account to use PresenterPrep. You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. If you use PresenterPrep for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
You own your content. Your decks, scripts, recordings, transcripts, and anything else you upload or create stay yours. We claim no ownership over them.
You grant us a license to run the service. To make PresenterPrep work, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, convert, and display your content — for example, turning a PDF into slide images, generating a transcript, or producing AI feedback. This license exists only to operate and improve the service and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that age out on our normal cycle.
You are responsible for what you upload. By uploading content you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload confidential decks, materials, or recordings that belong to someone else unless you have permission. Do not upload anything unlawful, infringing, or that violates someone’s privacy.
When you practice, we may record your voice and, if you turn on your camera, your video. You control whether a recording is saved. By recording, you consent to us processing that audio and video to produce your transcript and feedback. If a recording includes anyone other than you, you are responsible for having their consent to record and process them. You can delete any recording from within the app at any time.
The coach’s feedback is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss things a human would catch.
It is practice guidance, not professional advice. Nothing the coach says is financial, legal, investment, business, or career advice. We do not guarantee any outcome — no funding, no job, no won deal, no passed interview. Use your own judgment and, where it matters, a qualified professional.
To generate feedback, your content is processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms. We choose reputable providers, but we don’t control their models.

Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We don’t store your full card details.
PresenterPrep relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI processing, and email. Your use of PresenterPrep is also subject to those providers’ terms where they apply. If you connect PresenterPrep to another tool (such as the Claude MCP connector), that connection is governed by both these terms and that tool’s terms.
The service itself — the software, design, brand, and content we create — belongs to PresenterPrep. These terms don’t give you any rights to our name, logo, or software beyond using the service as intended.
If you believe content shared through PresenterPrep infringes your copyright, email hello@presenterprep.com with a description of the work, the link to the infringing content, and your contact details. We will review and remove infringing content where appropriate, and may terminate repeat infringers.
You can stop using PresenterPrep and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we’re required to by law. When your account ends, we delete your content on our normal cycle, as described in our Privacy Policy.
PresenterPrep is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI feedback will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PresenterPrep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
You agree to cover us for claims and costs arising from content you upload or share, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and notify you by email for significant changes. Continuing to use PresenterPrep after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PresenterPrep is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
